Participation in the Prediction Protocol is restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. By using our platform, you affirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Risk Disclosure

Engagement in prediction markets involves significant financial risk. Participants should only invest funds they can afford to lose. Historical performance is not indicative of future results, and the value of your investments can fluctuate.

4. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account. Users agree to notify Prediction Protocol immediately of any unauthorized use of their account or any other breach of security.

5. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

6. Market Rules

• All market proposals necessitate a non-refundable fee of 1000 PP Tokens.
• Proposals must be verifiable with objective outcomes and must not pertain to past events.
• Markets must not involve illegal activities, hate speech, or any form of discrimination.
• The platform reserves the right to reject any market proposal at its discretion.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Engaging in market manipulation or attempting to manipulate market outcomes.
• Utilizing insider information to gain an unfair advantage.
• Creating duplicate or substantially similar markets.
• Proposing markets with predetermined outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent or deceptive activity.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and data on this platform, including but not limited to software, databases, text, graphics, icons, and hyperlinks, are the property of Prediction Protocol or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. Prediction Protocol shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

10. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the platform at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users of the platform, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Prediction Protocol operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in the jurisdiction of Prediction Protocol's principal place of business.
